I think everyone pays attention to the loud-mouth, the asshole, just because you can't escape them. You can't ignore them. They're in your face. They make a scene and it's one of those people you can forget.
You know who you forget? Those who hold the door for you when your arms are full of groceries. The person who picks up your purse you dropped. When's the last time you described them to your best friend?
